- Lead the QC team in controlling quality across all production stages at the factory.
- Monitor and analyze the factory's quality status and prepare daily reports.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures for new product groups.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback.
- Manage, monitor, and execute daily and monthly testing (e.g., adhesion tests, nail/screw crack
- tests, and sending samples to external labs).
- Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to identify quality issues, propose solutions, and
- track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
