Lead and Develop the Development Team:
Responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the team of software engineers, project managers, and support departments to meet customer needs and drive company growth.
Project Management and Quality Commitment:
Ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the quality standards committed to clients.
Monitor and coordinate projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
Work closely with major clients to ensure services are delivered according to their needs
Maintain and develop long-term client relationships.
Ensure Compliance with Processes and Regulations
Ensure the team adheres to internal processes, regulations, and industry standards (such as ISO, CMMI) to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
Where required, guide junior analysts by reviewing work, shaping analytical approaches, and raising delivery quality
