Tổng quan

  • Tasks & Responsibilities will be adjusted based on your skills and experience.
  • Set your KPI and action plan in alignment with the company’s goals, strategy, and tactics.
  • Continuously review your plan and conduct internal reviews and approvals as needed.
  • Regularly report your progress and consult with the Manager.
  • Continuously improve work efficiency and productivity through process optimization and KAIZEN.
  • As an IT Solution Engineer
  • Maintain strong communication to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively prospect new business leads and drive negotiations to win new contracts.
  • Take responsibility for the contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects.
  • Manage monthly figures for assigned projects.
  • Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team.
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms.
  • Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary.
  • Consistently make action plans for the projects under your management.
  • Coordinate with Sales Admin to generate the contract, payment request, and invoice.

Yêu cầu

  • A total of 3+ years of practical experience in the B2B field.
  • 3+ years of experience in dealing with intangible products/services in the B2B field.
  • (Both requirements above can be fulfilled concurrently within the same period).
  • Practical experience using CRM in daily business operations.
  • Specific CRM software or number of years of use are not specified.
  • Ability to specifically explain the products/services handled, target customer base, process/stages responsible for, targets/achievements, and your individual contribution to the results.
  • Ability to think critically, learn proactively, and take initiative.
  • Required experience extends beyond data entry to include utilizing CRM for customer follow-up, tracking deal progress, and managing next actions.
  • Japanese: JLPT N1~2 level (Required)
  • English: TOEIC 600+
  • (Practical communication skills are more important than certifications.)
