Tổng quan
- The Accounting Lead is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, statutory reporting, audits, tax coordination, internal controls, and team leadership while partnering with business stakeholders and Group Finance.
- Lead GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting activities.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
- Review reconciliations and financial statements.
- Lead tax filings, audits and statutory reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance.
- Drive process improvements, ERP optimization and automation.
- Lead and develop accounting team members.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business partnering activities.
