- Product Testing and Quality Assurance (50%)
- Perform manual functional testing for Smart City, Smart Home, and AI applications within the VINGROUP ecosystem.
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios covering end-to-end business workflows using test design techniques such as Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, and Decision Table Testing.
- Develop and execute automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Conduct API and backend service testing using Postman and REST Assured.
- Perform integration testing across multiple systems within the platform.
- Execute performance and security testing to ensure system reliability and robustness.
- Test Management (25%)
- Participate in test planning and test effort estimation.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners (PO) to clarify requirements.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect reporting and tracking using tools such as Jira and TestRail.
- Evaluate exit criteria and provide recommendations on Go-Live readiness.
- Build and maintain test data and test environments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Deployment Support (15%)
- Collaborate closely with Development, Product Owner, and Business Analyst teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment for VINGROUP projects.
- Train and guide end users on acceptance testing procedures.
- Process Improvement and Professional Development (10%)
- Research and recommend improvements to testing processes by adopting QA best practices.
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of defects and propose preventive solutions.
- Mentor and support junior QA engineers.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance (QA) within software companies or technology projects.
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Experience in Automation Testing using at least one of the following tools/frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman/Newman.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with at least one database system such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience in API/Web Services testing (REST, SOAP).
- Proficient in using Jira, TestRail, and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or other relevant software testing certifications.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and IoT devices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Smart Home and Smart City solutions.
