Tổng quan

  • As a Map Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of map data across multiple international markets. Your work will directly improve location services, navigation accuracy, and pickup/drop-off experiences for customers, drivers, and business partners.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality geospatial data, support AI data labeling initiatives, coordinate part-time contributors, and ensure operational excellence for map-related services.
  • Review, verify, and approve map contributions submitted by users, drivers, and business partners, including updates to roads, addresses, and points of interest.
  • Investigate and resolve map-related issues and feedback reported by customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create, update, and maintain map data to ensure accurate navigation and efficient pickup/drop-off locations.
  • Configure map settings and geospatial data for special events in collaboration with Business and Operations teams.
  • Perform map data quality assurance, data validation, and annotation tasks to support AI and machine learning models.
  • Recruit, train, coordinate, and monitor the performance of part-time map contributors and data labeling teams.
  • Prepare monthly acceptance reports, payment documentation, and operational records for outsourced contributors.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve map data quality, operational workflows, and service efficiency.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Maps or similar digital mapping platforms.
  • Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and information verification skills.
  • Basic English reading skills for understanding technical documentation and operational guidelines.
  • Experience in Map Operations, Geospatial Data Management, Data Labeling, or Data Quality Control.
  • Familiarity with QGIS or other GIS software and geospatial tools.
  • Experience managing or coordinating part-time contributors, outsourcing teams, or operational staff.
  • Experience handling operational documentation, payment records, and administrative processes.
  • Knowledge of digital mapping, navigation systems, location-based services (LBS), or geospatial technologies is an advantage.
