About the opportunity
Unite Resourcing is an Australian recruitment and workforce solutions business supporting clients across mining, civil, construction, facilities management and camp accommodation.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Payroll Officer to support our Australian finance and operations team from our office in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
The role involves timesheet administration, payroll preparation, data entry and reconciliations. You will work closely with Australian colleagues to ensure payroll information is accurate, complete and ready for processing within agreed deadlines.

The successful candidate will receive a company-provided local healthcare plan in Vietnam, with coverage details explained during the recruitment process.
,• Structured training in our payroll and timesheet systems, Australian payroll requirements, Excel reporting and company procedures, with ongoing guidance from our Australian finance team.
,• The successful candidate may have the opportunity to travel to Australia for training and collaboration with our Perth team, subject to business requirements and visa approval.
