- Manage, develop, and expand the Duty-Free market operations across Vietnam (including airports, border shops, and seaports).
- Drive sales growth and execute commercial strategies for our Cigarettes, Cigars and Spirits categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local duty-free operators, distributors, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the Vietnamese duty-free landscape.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market performance reports to the Singapore headquarters.
