Facilitate all squad ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospective
Protect sprint focus and flow by managing work-in-progress, sprint scope and team capacity
Remove the impediments slowing the squad on data access, policy questions, system dependencies and stakeholder decisions, and escalate structural or cross-squad blockers to the Platform coach
Support the Product Owner on backlog health, story slicing, acceptance criteria and prioritization
Maintain transparency on progress through sprint boards, burn-down, delivery metrics and blocked-item tracking
Run retrospectives, agree improvement actions and drive follow-through across sprints
Coach squad members on agile ways of working, team norms, self-organization and healthy collaborationYêu cầu:
