  • 1 Order Review & Production Planning
  • Participate in order review meetings organized by the Sales Department. Based on sales plans and delivery requirements, develop reasonable production and material plans and organize timely execution.
  • Organize production order reviews and conduct pre-production checks on raw materials, auxiliary materials, molds, fixtures and equipment status according to production plans. Identify and resolve abnormalities before production starts.
  • Evaluate production capacity and analyze production data to formulate reasonable production plans for each workshop and distribute the plans accordingly.
  • Analyze and improve production processes for customer orders, optimize manpower and equipment allocation, adjust production layout and workload to improve production efficiency.
  • 2 Production Planning Management
  • Establish and continuously improve the overall production and material control system covering the complete process from production to shipment.
  • Arrange production plans and monitor production order completion. Evaluate production capacity, analyze statistical data, formulate monthly production plans for each workshop and monitor productivity indicators.
  • Adjust and revise production plans according to actual production conditions to ensure plan feasibility.
  • Dynamically adjust production targets and coordinate different production processes according to actual conditions during plan execution to ensure completion of production targets.
  • Analyze production plan performance, identify major factors affecting plan achievement and develop specific corrective actions to continuously improve the rationality and accuracy of production plans.
  • Identify issues during production plan execution and implement timely corrective actions.
  • 3 Production Order & Delivery Management
  • Take overall responsibility for tracking production orders, coordinating production activities and monitoring material readiness.
  • Manage regular production orders, temporary inserted orders and urgent orders to ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved; monitor and analyze production plan fulfillment indicators.
  • Track production order progress and delivery processes, and strictly control production delivery performance against established targets.
  • Monitor the monthly overdue-order rate of each workshop and drive corrective actions to reduce production delays.
  • Organize and arrange production of sample orders requested by the Sales Department.
  • 4 Daily Production Management
  • Chair regular workshop meetings covering production performance, incidents, safety, planning and emergency issues; coordinate overall workshop activities and supervise production processes and quality control.
  • Supervise and inspect workshop employees, identify and correct deviations, participate in product quality problem analysis, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Supervise self-inspection and mutual inspection throughout the production process to prevent non-conforming products from being transferred to subsequent processes.
  • Lead SCRA/root-cause analysis and improvement activities for major production and quality issues.
  • Chair weekly production meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Direct, supervise and inspect all workshop activities and maintain an accurate understanding of production status and relevant data.
  • 5 6S, Safety & Environmental Management
  • Establish and maintain the workshop on-site management system, supervise implementation, provide 6S training and promote standardized 6S management. Evaluate workshop employees' 6S performance and implement appropriate rewards and disciplinary measures.
  • Continuously improve the production environment and strictly control production safety. Implement Company safety management systems, conduct regular safety inspections, control high-risk areas, eliminate potential hazards and follow up corrective action plans.
  • Organize regular occupational safety training and guide employees to perform work safely. Provide environmental management training and guidance to employees.
  • Manage emissions, wastewater and waste generated during production in accordance with applicable treatment, discharge and classification requirements to ensure environmental compliance.
  • 6 Personnel Management, Productivity & Cost Control
  • Analyze manpower requirements and reasonably plan and allocate personnel according to workload and production requirements.
  • Develop the department's annual work plan based on Company objectives and business plans.
  • Support workshop management in setting work objectives and performance targets.
  • Supervise and inspect the implementation of work plans and assigned responsibilities.
  • Establish employee performance evaluation programs, monitor implementation and conduct regular performance discussions with employees.
  • Ensure the validity and proper implementation of production control records and related documentation.
  • Manage and evaluate probationary employees and conduct annual performance evaluations for department personnel.
  • Monitor the performance of subordinate employees to ensure each position fulfills its assigned responsibilities.
  • Develop team capabilities, identify employee potential, implement training programs and optimize human resource utilization.
