Tổng quan

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Conducting performance management and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Managing employee relations including disputes, promoting employee morale, and workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.
