Tổng quan

Execute and manage freight invoice processing across enterprise platforms, including SAP ERP, SAP TM, and client-specific logistics systems.
Perform hands-on, manual data entry, verify transaction codes (T-codes), approve invoices, and reconcile freight charges in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Verify and validate ancillary charges (e.g., storage fees, bunker surcharges) to ensure full compliance with contractual terms and agreed rate cards/tariffs.
Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers to investigate and resolve cost discrepancies and invoice disputes.
Collaborate with team members and perform ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
