- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), keeping them focused and outcome-oriented
- Monitor sprint progress and delivery risks, keeping the Product Owner and stakeholders informed
- Help the squad remove obstacles and dependencies that block delivery
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning to reach realistic commitments
- Turn retrospective feedback into concrete actions and ensure follow-through
- Coach squad members on agile ways of working, team norms, self-organisation and healthy collaboration
