Tổng quan

  • The Deputy Maintenance Manager is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in organizing and controlling equipment maintenance operations, managing technical personnel, and carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to:
  • Keep machines running safely and smoothly.
  • Reduce unplanned machine downtime.
  • Manage and develop the maintenance team.
  • Control maintenance costs and spare parts.
  • Support production targets.
  • Carry out, control and monitoring 6S
  • Maintenance Planning-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans
  • Preventive Maintenance-Ensure machines are checked and maintenance on time
  • Breakdown Management-Assign technicians to repair machine breakdowns quickly to minimize machine downtime.
  • Downtime Reduction-Find root causes and prevent repeated failures
  • Team Management-Assign jobs and monitor team performance
  • Staff Training-Train technicians and improve their skills.
  • Machine Maintenance-Maintain CNC and automatic, woodworking machine like routers, cutter, drilling, sanding.Maintain CNC and automatic ceramics machines like roller forming, slip casting, drying, kiln, painting.
  • 8,Utility Equipment-Maintain dust collection systems, air compressors, forklift, FF, WWT, infrastructure, sub-station …
  • Spare Parts Control-Monitor spare parts and avoid unnecessary stock
  • Cost Control-Control repair costs and maintenance expenses
  • Safety Management-Ensure safe work and follow LOTO and PPE rules
  • Continuous Improvement-Improve machine reliability and maintenance methods
  • Production Support-Coordinate with Production to reduce downtime
  • Reporting-Prepare maintenance reports and KPI results
  • 6S management-Ensure working place and maintenance workshop are tidy and follows 6S

  • PLC Siemens, Autocad, Industrial Equipment, CNC Machine, Leadership Skills
