Inventory & Warehouse Accounting
Record inventory transactions accurately in the accounting system
Monitor stock movements including inbound, outbound, transfers, and stock adjustments
Maintain accurate stock balances in coordination with warehouse and operation teams
Ensure inventory records are updated in a timely manner
Warehouse Documentation Control
Check and verify warehouse-related documents, including:
o Goods Receipt Notes
o Delivery Orders
o Transfer Documents
o Stock Adjustment Forms
Ensure all documents are properly matched with accounting system records before posting
Inventory Reconciliation
Support regular stock reconciliations between warehouse records and accounting data
Participate in periodic stock counts and investigate discrepancies
Assist in improving inventory accuracy and stock control processes
Data Entry & System Updates
Input warehouse and inventory transactions into the accounting system (AMIS)
Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation
Ensure accounting data is properly updated and filed
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure stock movements are recorded correctly and on time
Prepare inventory and stock-related reports when required
Support month-end closing activities with inventory information
Assist the accounting team with ad hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager
