  • Find good products to sell
  • Find good suppliers and build real working relationships with them
  • Work out whether a product will make money (product cost, shipping, ads)
  • Write online product listings in English
  • Estimate size, weight, and the best way to pack boxes and fill containers
  • Keep clear records of costs and profits
  • Always look for a better way: better products, better suppliers, better processes!

  • This job will range from 13.8M to 21.1M VND/month or $533 to $816 USD a month a month, but is negotiable
  • You will be paid every 2 weeks in USD
  • This is a full-time job with 40 hours of good work per week on average
  • Bonuses are given at the beginning of every February, based on merit. These range from 0% to 15% of yearly salary.
  • 16 business days of paid vacation per year. You can use it after a 3-month probation period.
  • We replaced public holidays with extra paid time off allowing you to choose when you take time off rather than following a calendar!
  • You will need to work on Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve.
  • At first, you'll be paid as a contractor. Once our Vietnam company is set up, you'll become an employee. Vietnamese law then requires us to deduct social insurance (10.5%) and personal income tax, so your take-home pay will be about 10-11% lower.
  • As a contractor, you’ll be responsible for paying your own taxes and health insurance. Your pay is set higher to cover these costs.

  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours a week of good work! This position is not compatible with activities or commitments that limit daily availability. Candidates must be able to work consistently during agreed working hours and be available during the workday. If you cannot commit to a full-time schedule, this role will not be a fit for you.
