Internal / External Interactions
Internal: Work collaboratively with business unit leadership, service, finance, and marketing teams to align sales activity with business objectives.
External: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, principals, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned market sector: bakery and confectionery.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage principal relationships and act as primary commercial contact for assigned brands or product lines.
Oversee the end-to-end project execution process, from opportunity identification through to delivery.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture additional market share.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned market sectors, competitor activity, and relevant product and technical developments.
Responsible for achieving revenue, margin, and sales target KPIs for the assigned portfolio.
Support budget planning and commercial forecasting activities.
May in future manage a small sales team; responsible for coaching, performance management, and development of direct reports where applicable.

Regular travel within the country and region to visit clients, principals, and project sites.
