Manage and operate the company's online stores on Shopee, Qoo10, Naver Store, and other international e-commerce platforms.
Sell official K-pop albums, lightsticks, photocards, and merchandise on online platforms
Monitor upcoming product release schedules and plan product listings accordingly.
Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory management with the Korean team.
Manage products, promotional campaigns, pre-orders, and customer support.
Provide customer service through the company's online chat channels.
