Plans and coordinates initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of package operations.
Oversees and manages command and control functions within conventional and/or automated package facilities. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Leads inside package operations that support package operation performance.
Develops and executes strategies to achieve business KPI's.
Accountable for the performance and results of a team. Primary focus is a people manager who connects or integrates processes and people. Coordinates the work of the team across the organization.
Assigns tasks and manages progress. Problems are typically routine and not complex; resolution guided by policies and procedures. Ensures completion of day-to-day assignments within shift. Impacts the results of a shift.
Support Dispatch on SP discipline, on road timing, SP working schedule, SP OT
Support Supervisor to check on daily SP Productivities, follow up Action plans to improve results.
Attending to all internal and external customers queries.
Filing and housekeeping of all relevant documents
