In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Overview of the Role
Lead and motivate a team of Telesales Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service for UOB Vietnam's financial products.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Telesales Representatives to maximize their performance and potential.
Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and product penetration.
Ensure team adherence to UOB Vietnam's sales processes, compliance regulations, and service quality standards.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to optimize sales efforts.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
