  • The Technical Delivery & Production Support Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery for new system development and system enhancements. This role oversees solution design, ensures adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards, and manages vendor delivery to meet business objectives.
  • The local Technical Delivery Manager will work closely with Group Technical team, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure systems.
  • Technical Design & Solution Delivery
  • Lead and manage technical design for new system development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration standards, and technology roadmaps.
  • Review and validate solution designs, technical specifications, and architecture proposals.
  • Collaboration with Group / Head Office
  • Work closely with Group technology teams to align local systems with global architecture standards and frameworks.
  • Contribute to system design discussions, ensuring compliance with Group policies and strategic direction.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Group-related technical governance and approvals.
  • System Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure solutions comply with internal IT governance, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, design principles, and development best practices.
  • Participate in architecture review boards and technical governance committees.
  • Manage documentation, audit requirements, and compliance reporting.
  • Vendor Management & Delivery Oversight
  • Manage external vendors for system development, integration, and support services.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables, timelines, quality, and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluation and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Review technical deliverables including design documents, code quality, and testing outputs.
  • Contract & Commercial Management
  • Support vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage vendor contracts, ensuring deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resource utilization related to vendor services.
  • Delivery & Project Management
  • Plan and manage technical delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery schedules or quality.
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to production and post-go-live support.
