Investigate and debug failed PCBA and electronic products.
Perform root cause analysis using methods such as 8D, 5 Why, 4M1E, and FTA.
Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify failure mechanisms.
Develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring failures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvements.
Support customer-related failure investigations and technical reporting.
Develop FA procedures and support testing technicians with troubleshooting and data collection.
Coordinate assigned failure analysis projects and maintain technical documentation.
