Tổng quan

Academic Systems & Digital Platforms: Administer Canvas, Simple Syllabus, Digital Uni and other College digital platforms; manage course setup, templates, user access, workflows and provide user support/training.
Data & Reporting: Manage and consolidate College data; develop dashboards and reports covering student enrolment, faculty workload, budget, surveys and key performance indicators; ensure data accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Coordinate the College QA framework, annual QA activities, surveys, evidence collection and accreditation submissions; monitor follow-up actions through completion.
Process Improvement & Automation: Develop and maintain service-request systems, SOPs, templates and knowledge resources; identify and automate repetitive administrative processes using tools such as Power Automate.
AI & Digital Capability: Support the responsible adoption of Generative AI; develop AI guidelines and resources, evaluate use cases, and provide training and support to staff.
Knowledge Management & Business Continuity: Document key processes, systems and responsibilities; maintain critical knowledge and contingency arrangements to ensure continuity of operations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with the Dean, Vice Dean, Central IT, Teaching & Learning, Institutional Research, QA, academic coordinators and faculty members.
