Accounting & Financial Reporting
Maintain complete and accurate filing systems to support financial records.
Check and verify source documents, including invoices, receipts, and system reports.
Allocate and post transactions to the client’s cloud-based accounting system, including Xero.
Reconcile balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
Prepare journal entries, interim financial statements, and management reports.
Collate and analyse account data to support financial reporting and decision-making.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounting.
Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling as required.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing.
Assist with the preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements with the Australian Taxation Office.
Property Finance
Support rental arrears management and prepare account-related correspondence for landlords and tenants.
Maintain accurate landlord, tenant, property, and financial records in the relevant systems.
Process property-related invoices, work orders, maintenance costs, and contractor payments.
Assist with financial and management reporting for property portfolios.
Liaise with the client and internal accounting team to resolve accounting and financial queries.
