  • Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday, business hour (Occasional after-hours presence at the plant may be required to oversee vessel receiving operations, depending on vessel's schedule.   • Key Activities:
  • Control the operations of tank truck loading / unloading to ensure reliable, efficient, timely, cost effective, flawless operations:
  • Ensure all machines, equipment are in good order and condition
  • Ensure that tank truck loading/unloading are effective and timely
  • Be responsible to monitor LPG tank’s level gauge system, track bulk gain/loss on a daily basis
  • Complete production report (create, confirm, settle and close Production order).
  • Create PR in SAP for goods and services purchased by the Plant, input goods received into SAP (MIGO).
  • Keep tight controls of LPG loss as per the established tolerance.
  • Conduct stock count and reconcile bulk stock on a daily basis
  • Be in charge of Loading Master during vessel receipt.
  • Back up for Filling Foreman when required.
  • Back up for Warehouse Keeper when required
  • Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
  • Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
  • Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
  • Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
  • Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.
  • Managers should consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and practices, setting a positive example for their team members to follow.
  • This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Ensure that all team members receive adequate HSE training and have access to necessary resources, such as safety equipment and information on emergency procedures.
  • Create an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting hazards, near-misses, and incidents without fear of reprisal. Act on these reports to improve workplace safety
