- You'll analyze and optimize key areas of Tiki's business:
- Business questions across the company: Work with retail, marketplace, operations, and marketing teams to understand what's happening and why.
- Financial planning: Give the finance and business teams the data they need for profit planning and forecasting
- Campaign & Promotion Optimization: Design, monitor and analyze promotional campaigns to maximize sales and customer engagement, including how much revenue each campaign actually added and what it did to margin
- Pricing & Revenue Management: Develop data-driven pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability and growth
- Sales & Growth Analytics: Identify trends, customer behavior and market opportunities, and recommend effective sales tactics
- Turn analysis into action: Build dashboards and reports that stakeholders actually use, and present recommendations clearly enough that people can decide what to do next
- Data & Engineering:
- Build pipelines: Create and maintain data pipelines in BigQuery that feed reports and analyses
- Keep data trustworthy: Monitor data quality, investigate odd numbers and fix problems at the source
- Model data for reuse: Design clean tables and data models so the next analysis is faster for everyone
- Across everything:
- Work faster with AI: use AI tools to speed up querying, analysis and documentation, and share what works with the team
- Document your work: write down your definitions, logic and findings so others can build on them
Yêu cầu
- SQL: You're confident with joins, aggregations, CTEs and window functions. BigQuery experience is a plus.
- Spreadsheets: Can use formulas and pivot tables in Google Sheets to build clean, usable reports
- Python: Demonstrated experience utilizing Python to clean, analyze, and present complex datasets
- Analytical thinking: Can break a business problem down into parts, check your own numbers and explain what the results mean
- Clear communication: Can explain your findings to people who aren't technical
- English: Read technical documentation and write clear reports in English
- Python, Google BigQuery, Fresher Accepted
