- HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and lead the overall People & HR Strategy in alignment with VIGO’s business strategy and growth ambitions.
- Translate business priorities into people strategies, workforce requirements, and organizational capabilities.
- Develop the annual HR roadmap, priorities, budget, and key people metrics.
- Define and continuously improve the HR operating model across HRBP – COE – HRSS.
- Monitor the effectiveness and business impact of HR initiatives and adjust priorities where required.
- Organization Design & Effectiveness
- Lead organization design and organizational effectiveness initiatives to ensure the Company has the right structure, roles, governance, and capabilities to execute its strategy.
- Advise the CEO/BOD on organization structure, management layers, spans of control, role clarity, accountability, and decision rights.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational capability reviews.
- Identify structural gaps, productivity constraints, and organizational barriers affecting business performance.
- Sponsor major restructuring and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Leadership Advisory & Leadership Capability Development
- Serve as a strategic People Advisor to the CEO, BOD, BU Directors, and senior leaders on organization, talent, leadership, and people matters.
- Provide independent perspectives and constructive challenge on decisions involving significant people or organizational risks.
- Assess leadership capability and identify critical leadership gaps.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and management capability-building initiatives.
- Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, talent decisions, and change leadership.
- Culture Direction & Organizational Transformation
- Define and lead VIGO’s corporate culture direction in alignment with the Company’s vision, business strategy, and leadership expectations.
- Translate Core Values into leadership behaviors, management practices, people systems, and day-to-day ways of working.
- Ensure that culture is embedded throughout the employee lifecycle rather than treated as a stand-alone HR initiative.
- Sponsor culture transformation and organizational change programs.
- Hold leaders accountable for role-modeling and reinforcing expected behaviors.
- Monitor organizational culture, engagement, and employee signals to identify risks and areas requiring intervention.
- Strategic Partner to BOD
- Act as the principal People & Organization Partner to the BOD in strategic planning and major business decisions.
- Bring people, organizational, and leadership perspectives into business discussions.
- Advise on the organizational implications of growth plans, new business models, market expansion, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide regular People & Organization insights, risks, and recommendations to the BOD.
- Advise on key executive talent decisions, including appointment, succession, retention, and organizational changes.
- Ensure effective translation of business strategy into HR execution through HRBP, COE, and HRSS.
