- Build and look after our network of licensed guides in HCMC and Da Nang/Hoi An
- Negotiate with transport, restaurant, workshop and activity vendors, and keep tour costs accurate
- Keep reviews high: spot problems early and fix them with guides and vendors
- Make sure every guide is licensed and every tour runs safely and legally
- Draft new tours and fix weak ones with our Business Development team
- Back up our operations team on daily dispatch and last-minute changes
Yêu cầu
- Licensed Guide Network Management, Vendor Negotiation, Ota Tour Operations, Costs Management, Decision MakingQuyền lợi:
- Full-time remote contract, Monday to Friday, from anywhere in Vietnam
- Monthly pay in USD
- Real ownership of a market, in a team small enough that your work shows up in the numbers
