Serve as the quality focal point for assigned suppliers and factories, establishing disciplined quality plans, process controls, and production-readiness requirements from product development through shipment.
Lead early engagement activities, including design and sample reviews, approved-sample comparison, product change management, pilot-run readiness, and mass-production process verification.
Conduct factory capability assessments, QSA, FAR, PSI, PoPT, MPA, process audits, and on-site verification of critical controls across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Analyze CRTV, damage, VOC, online ratings, inspection results, and supplier-performance data to identify systemic risks and prioritize preventive actions.
Lead root-cause investigations and drive effective CAPA, SCAR, Kaizen, and risk-mitigation plans for audit findings, inspection failures, customer complaints, returns, and product-safety concerns.
Coach suppliers on quality-system maturity, process discipline, test and inspection controls, defect prevention, traceability, and sustainable corrective-action effectiveness.
Partner with sourcing, product development, engineering, service providers, suppliers, regional teams, and US Quality Assurance; maintain clear visibility of risks, actions, owners, timelines, and outcomes.
Prepare concise, data-driven reports and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, and communicate promptly in English; Mandarin capability is preferred for Chinese-speaking partners.
