Data Consolidation & Reporting
Collect and update progress data from the Land Management teams regarding land clearance, compensation payments, and handover status.
Prepare and present regular progress reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to management in both English and Vietnamese.
Summarize key issues, data fluctuations, and organize information into clear data sheets or charts.
Land Administration & Dossier Management
Support the preparation and processing of internal documentation for land allocation, land lease, and land-use conversion.
Maintain accurate, systematic, and updated digital and physical records of all land-related documents, decisions, and files.
Manage and archive all land clearance dossiers in strict accordance with company regulations.
Documentation Support
Draft official letters, dispatches, and internal memos related to the department’s activities.
Support the translation of land-related regulatory updates, legal documents, and project briefs into English.
Coordinate with the Land Management team and other departments to collect required project information.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Manager or Board of Management.
