  • Data Architecture & Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines to support manufacturing applications and analytics (main role).
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets, create ad-hoc visualizations to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • IIoT System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IIoT devices and sensors into existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and reporting systems to track the performance of manufacturing solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities and data strategies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Power Point is a must
  • Cloud Platforms: Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and proficiency with database and data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is a must
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Communication Skills: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Data Management: Strong skills in data management and analytics, including experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Data Analytics: Knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS).
  • IIoT Technologies: Basic knowledge of IIoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) and platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT) is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with attention to deliverables and due dates. Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus
