  • Student Recruitment & Admissions
  • Develop strategies to increase student enquiries, applications and enrolments.
  • Manage prospective parent enquiries, admissions consultations, school tours and follow-ups.
  • Present the school’s curriculum, values and educational strengths to prospective families.
  • Coordinate assessments, trial classes, enrolment offers and new-family onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and report on enquiries, conversions and enrolments.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Develop marketing initiatives to generate qualified admissions leads.
  • Plan and coordinate Open Days, trial classes, information sessions and recruitment events.
  • Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions and community events.
  • Manage the school’s website and social media, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with the school’s brand.
  • Monitor marketing performance and identify effective sources of new enrolments.
  • Family & Community Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and newly enrolled families.
  • Follow up throughout the admissions process and ensure a smooth transition into the school.
  • Welcome families and represent the school professionally at events and activities.
  • Teacher & Academic Support
  • Work with academic staff to provide accurate information about curriculum and programs.
  • Support teacher onboarding, induction and school procedures.
  • Provide mentoring and constructive feedback to teachers when required.
  • Support lesson observations, classroom cover and staff English-language development where appropriately qualified.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teachers, students and families.
