Strategic Advisory & Planning
Act as strategic financial advisors to operations teams, focusing on cost optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Prepare budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning.
Collaborate with SC, Procurement to provide cost simulation for Value chain.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor monthly performance against budgets, highlighting variances in overheads to spot trends, risks and savings opportunities.
In charge of COE management reports for SC & Procurement.
In charge of cost of materials planning and actual monitoring.
Prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights on KPIs.
Check closing JVs from SC & Procurement.
Projects & Operational Support
Lead automation projects in SC Finance.
Assist capex investment analysis for SC, Procurement projects as well as evaluate business cases and operational changes.
Other tasks assigned by Director.
