Inspect, identify hazards, and assess risks in production areas; propose control Manage safety regarding machinery, equipment, chemicals, PPE, LOTO, and high-risk activities.
Monitor fire prevention and control (PCCC) and emergency response; organize drills and inspect safety equipment.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; track and close out corrective actions.
Manage waste, chemicals, and environmental compliance requirements; maintain the operation of the domestic wastewater treatment system.
Organize EHS training for new and existing employees (initial and periodic): occupational safety, fire safety, chemicals, PPE, emergency response, etc.
Coordinate with HR to maintain SA8000 standards regarding a safe working environment, working hours, prohibition of child/forced labor, non-discrimination, and employee rights.
Prepare documentation and coordinate the implementation of SA8000, ISO 14001, customer audits, and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Conduct EHS inspections/internal audits and improve the factory's safety culture.
Monitor and report on EHS KPIs periodically.
