Ensures that all samples are according to Buyer’s standards
Check and approve all sample stages for DD and non DD according to Adidas procedures / policies and provide audit reports.
Check and approve size set including size spec grading control, fit approval and provide audit reports.
Do final Presell /SMS/Presell/GMM/GTM audit according to Adidas AQL 1 level 1
Do final Presell /SMS/Presell/GMM/GTM audit according to Adidas AQL plan for workmanship, measurements, appearance and packing by observing the instructions in the article description, sample order and Labeling & Packing sample Manual.
Adidas inspection methods and how to measure must be used.
Collect and record finding of major faults on inspection report according to defect classification list. Evaluate defects according to A&B&C zones.
Compare sample order to Sealing Sample / Approved production sample / previous sample under consideration of the Sealing Sample comments.
Check all sample stages and fill in sample hangtag and audit report with necessary comments.
Certified Technician has the authority and responsibility to reject sample or sample orders if they do not meet Adidas accepted quality level.
All rejected samples must be re-audited and recorded.
