Responsible for developing business growth strategies, managing bidding activities, contract administration, project development, customer relationship management and resource coordination within the Business Development & Contract Department to ensure achievement of revenue targets, operational efficiency and successful project execution.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
Identify business opportunities and maintain strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments.
Tender & Contract Management
Oversee bidding activities, proposal strategy and Bid/No Bid decisions.
Review commercial and contractual requirements, risks and obligations.
Support customer negotiations and contract execution activities.
Cross Functional Coordination & Resource Management
Coordinate and align activities among Project Management, Bidding, SCM, Contract Management, Purchasing and related departments to support business and project objectives.
Manage department resources and monitor overall team performance.
Support issue resolution and business objectives achievement.
