Assist the Chief Executive Officer in managing daily business operations, coordinating departments, implementing company strategies, and ensuring operational objectives are achieved efficiently.
Assist the CEO in managing company operations.
Coordinate and supervise departmental activities.
Monitor production, procurement, engineering, quality and project execution.
Ensure company objectives, policies and procedures are implemented.
Support the development of business strategies and annual operating plans.
Review departmental performance and recommend improvements.
Allocate resources to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor project schedules, budgets and operational performance.
Coordinate inter departmental communication.
Resolve operational issues and support decision making.
Represent the CEO during authorized meetings and business activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Support business development and customer relationship activities.
Lead assigned strategic initiatives and special projects.
