  • Legal Advisory:
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to PICs
  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents
  • Support legal assessment for new business initiatives and commercial projects
  • Corporate & Licensing
  • Prepare and submit license registration/amendment dossiers for routine matters.
  • Handle routine licensing procedures directly with competent authorities.
  • Coordinate with external counsel for complex licensing and regulatory matters.
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory filings.
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Handle disputes, claims and investigations
  • Work with competent authorities (e.g. police, government agencies)
  • Coordinate litigation with external counsel where required
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Monitor new laws and regulations
  • Assess legal impact on business operations
  • Issue legal updates and implementation guidance
  • Legal Operations
  • Develop and maintain legal templates
  • Manage contract repository and legal records
  • Manage external counsel and legal budget"
  • Compliance
  • Conduct compliance training and awareness programs on the Company's and Group's policies.
  • Provide advice on the application of the Company's and Group's compliance policies.
  • Lead or support internal compliance investigations, including whistleblowing/hotline reports.
  • Coordinate with HQ on compliance programs, investigations and reporting.
  • Support HR to settle cases in the Company
  • Privacy
  • Provide day-to-day advice to PICs.
  • Develop and deliver privacy training, awareness programs and regulatory updates.
  • Develop and maintain privacy policies, forms, templates, agreements and internal procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain and submit Personal Data Processing Impact Assessment (DPIA) and Cross-
  • border Data Transfer Impact Assessment (CTIA) documentation in accordance with Vietnamese
  • data protection laws.
  • Maintain the Personal Information Inventory and other mandatory privacy compliance records.
  • Advise HQ Singapore and HQ Japan on compliance with Vietnam's personal data protection
