Tổng quan

  • PMO Governance & Framework Development
  • Establish and continuously improve ESVN project management practices in alignment with Global PMO frameworks, methodologies, standards, tools, and governance requirements.
  • Develop project lifecycle, stage-gate processes, templates, reporting standards, and project controls.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives comply with PMO governance requirements.
  • Facilitate governance reviews and project health assessments.
  • Escalate critical project risks, dependencies, and issues to leadership.
  • Portfolio Management & Reporting
  • Manage the company-level strategic ESVN transformation portfolio, including intake, assessment, prioritization recommendations, dependencies, and portfolio review.
  • Monitor project execution and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Establish portfolio dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
  • Track project milestones, resource utilization, budget performance, risk exposure, and benefits realization.
  • Provide transparency of portfolio and decision-ready recommendation on investment, prioritization, capacity, sequencing, and risk mitigation, including options and consequences.
  • Leading the Project Manager (PM) Team
  • Develop PM competency frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout ESVN.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project managers and project teams.
  • Develop PM toolkits, templates, and knowledge management repositories to support ESVN project delivery while aligning with Global PMO standards.
  • Promote project management discipline and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
