Design, coordinate, submit, procure, and supervise the installation progress and testing & commissioning of Electrical or Mechanical systems for construction projects.
Depending on expertise, responsible for one or more of the following systems:
o Electrical: Electrical systems, equipment, and related design works.
o Mechanical: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing & Drainage (P&D), and Fire Fighting (F/F) systems.
Develop, review, update, modify, and approve relevant engineering design plans and work schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other professionals.
Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, design specifications, budgets, schedules, and other project-related documents.
Coordinate and schedule project activities with internal teams and site staff to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site inspections, research, diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company regulations, project requirements, and applicable safety standards.
Maintain a safe, positive, and professional working environment.
