Tổng quan

Project and Journey implementation:
Define business requirements, customer journeys, operating processes, tracking requirements, and expected project outcomes.
Coordinate with Product, ICT, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Digital Sale, and other stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, dependencies, testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and action follow-up.
Identify implementation issues, coordinate resolution, and escalate material issues when required.
Ensure assigned projects are implemented in accordance with approved requirements, processes, and timelines.
Performance and Journey optimization:
Monitor post-launch performance across prospects, applications, approval, and disbursement.
Analyze customer drop-offs, funnel conversion, tracking gaps, and operational issues.
Coordinate improvement actions with relevant teams and follow up until completion.
Prepare project performance updates and recommendations for management
Project Governance and Handover
Ensure proper project documentation, tracking arrangements, reporting requirements, and operational controls.
Coordinate project handover to the responsible business and operational teams.
Support post-launch stabilization and ensure outstanding issues are properly followed up.
Coordinate partnership implementation and other Digital Business projects based on assigned priorities.
Perform other Digital Business assignments as delegated by management.
