Business and Partnership Development:
Identify and approach potential partners, including fintechs, e-wallets, telcos, digital platforms, and affiliate channels.
Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline aligned with SVFC’s target customers and digital business strategy.
Evaluate partners based on customer reach, business potential, strategic fit, reputation, operational capability, and risk.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
Business Case and Commercial Management:
Prepare partnership proposals and business cases, including volume, approval, disbursement, cost, and business contribution assumptions.
Develop suitable commercial models, pricing structures, and performance conditions.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with partners.
Prepare required documents and coordinate the internal approval process.
Ensure proposed partnerships are commercially viable and aligned with SVFC’s business objectives.
Business Performance & Growth
Monitor business contribution, source quality, and cost efficiency of assigned initiatives.
Conduct partner and business reviews and recommend commercial optimization or renegotiation.
Identify opportunities to expand products, customer segments, channels, and partnership models.
Coordinate assigned Digital Business initiatives and perform other assignments as delegated by management.
