- We are seeking an experienced Finance/ Loan Business Analyst to join our team and support the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, with a particular focus on systems built on or integrated with the Finance platform. - Receive requests for product, process, and feature development or improvement from business units. Analyze requirements and advise the most effective solutions for implementation.
- Collaborate with developers to design solutions for business requirements. Prepare detailed requirement specifications in a format suitable for developers, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with business users and QA/Test teams to validate development outcomes, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements.
- Support business units in drafting and issuing user guides and operational manuals for technology products.
- Deliver product and feature training sessions for IT support teams and business users when required.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) before deployment.
- Train and guide end-users on system functionalities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in finance / banking
- Hands-on knowledge or working experience with the Nucleus solution (or similar core banking (loan)/finance platforms) is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly define business processes and system requirements.
- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Proficient in English
