Tổng quan

  • Plan and implement internal communication activities to promote Shinhan’s corporate culture, core values, and working principles
  • Develop and implement creative programs to promote internal programs and corporate culture activities, encourage employee participation, and strengthen teamwork and engagement across Shinhan
  • Organize corporate culture programs, internal events, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive and connected working environment
  • Act as a trainer in internal training sessions to deliver and promote Shinhan’s Corporate Culture and values to employees
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation of internal activities and events
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in Internal Communication, Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, or event management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in public speaking and presenting in both Vietnamese and English
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect and engage employees across the organization
