Tổng quan

Sourcing, Develop and manage relationships with existing OEM suppliers, including negotiating NDAs, supply agreements, pricing, cost management, performance management, volume rebates, and coordinating after-sales services.
Lead a team of supply chain professionals in Vietnam and support team development.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations in Vietnam.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products/projects, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Overall OEM’s Performance Management.
Actively source key component suppliers locally and overseas (outside of China), including managing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Pricing and costing activities for ongoing supply will be part of this role. Work closely with the China Supply Chain team to develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
