Tổng quan
- Project admin:
- Support project documentation
- Support sourcing for products project needs
- Issuing PO for project & make sure delivery is on schedule
- Follow up and prepare documents on project billing
- Prepare workers timesheet
- Collating all invoices and send to Accounting Department for processing
- Support project manager in preparing all the tender documents
- Other administrative work
- Sales admin:
- Provide the Administration for Sales Engineers and Managers
- Indoor sales activities
- call customer and follow up on quotations/ queries
- Generate quotation o Prepare sales contract
- Filling all POs and contract
- Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or foreign trade.
- Customer service or client management
- Communication
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in automation equipment.
