- Build, maintain, and reconcile cap tables across entities, cross-checking against the underlying agreements rather than trusting whichever file is labeled newest.
- Organize and manage data rooms for ongoing and upcoming transactions, with clear document structure and version control.
- Maintain shareholder registers and investment documentation, flagging inconsistencies or missing documents as risks, not just data gaps.
- Coordinate directly with external lawyers, banks, auditors, and fund administrators on documentation and process.
- Support KYC and due-diligence documentation for investment processes.
- Track and reconcile capital calls, distributions, and other investment cash movements against supporting notices and bank records.
- Flag discrepancies, stale documents, or governance gaps proactively, with a recommended next step rather than just a report.
