Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, customer visits, and industry events, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure.
Build and grow a strong customer portfolio, developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing business.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions across ocean freight, air freight, and SEKO's wider logistics services.
Collaborate with Pricing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to prepare competitive quotations, respond to RFQs, and ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, contributing to revenue growth and business profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify opportunities and support commercial strategies.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM, providing regular sales updates and forecasts.
Support sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen SEKO's market presence and expand business opportunities.
