Engage with inbound leads via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
Proactively reach out to potential clients and arrange meetings to introduce Secom’s security systems and services.
Understand client needs, propose security plans and solutions and prepare clear, compelling quotations.
Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contract terms to close sales successfully.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, purchase orders in the company system.
Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, administrations) to ensure work runs smoothly.
Contribute ideas and market feedback to improve products and service offerings.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Other tasks assigned by managers.
