• Caspeco builds systems for the restaurant and experience industry. Our core products include Booking, Point of Sale, Staffing, and Analytics. • Caspeco is looking for Fullstack Developer (.NET/Java, Javascript) to join our dynamic team in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Your Skills and Experience
• What will you do?
• Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs in C#/.NET or Java
• Contribute to frontend features that connect to those services
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
• Improve the observability of our systems and services so we can find and fix problems quickly
• Use AI tools as a natural part of how you design, build, and test software
• Keep the bar high for code quality, reliability, and security
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and data teams to deliver solutions that fit together
• Present plans and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help the team keep improving how we build software
• Desired skills and experience:
• 6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET (preferred) or Java
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work, or genuine curiosity and eagerness to start
• 4+ years of experience with Azure, including services such as Container Apps, AKS, and App Service, plus Docker
• Solid grasp of system design and distributed architecture, and experience building scalable, reliable services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience with at least one of SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or Azure Storage
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices
• Excellent written and spoken English
